You can use the mouse, cursor keys and space bar to make things happen on your screen.
Under the right click menu of your mouse you'll find the possibility to go fullscreen.
There is also the option to exit fullscreen under the right click button, or else you can use the escape key to exit.
The big white arrow on the screen takes you to the next or the previous 25 pictures.
